Quality process

Authenticity. Traceability. Supply-chain integrity.

Our sourcing capabilities are supported by a rigorous quality process designed to help ensure component authenticity, traceability, and supply-chain integrity—scaled to the risk of each part and application.

Quality management

ISO 9001 Compliant

Our quality management system supports consistent controls, documented processes, customer focus, and continual improvement throughout the sourcing workflow.

How every requirement is handled

Four control points

Every part is handled with careful attention to quality and reliability, helping our customers reduce the risks associated with purchasing obsolete components from unknown or unverified sources.

Requirement review

MPN, suffix, quantity, date code, application risk, and delivery are captured up front.

Source qualification

Franchised distribution is preferred for current-production parts. Independent sources are reviewed for history, location, material status, and commercial terms.

Inspection plan

Documentation, visual, dimensional, marking, X-ray, or electrical checks are selected to match the risk of the part.

Release & records

Exceptions are resolved before release and order records are retained.

What is known?

Source, quantity, date code, condition, packaging, traceability, and photos where available.

What remains unverified?

Supplier-reported information is never presented as a completed physical inspection.

What inspection is required?

The inspection plan matches the likelihood and consequence of nonconforming material for your application.

How will it be handled?

Packaging, moisture sensitivity, ESD controls, labeling, and shipment instructions are defined before release.

What record is retained?

Quotes, supplier evidence, inspection results, exceptions, and customer approvals remain linked to the order.
